Thank you for choosing Islandfalconperfume.com. Our promise to excellence ensures a select range of premium perfumes. Due to the restricted nature of our products, our return policy is designed to maintain the highest standards of purchaser satisfaction.
Order Cancellation
• Cancellation requests for orders that have been paid are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This is a common transaction fee for the payment.
• If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged the shipping. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back, your credit card will be credited the paid amount minus the shipping and 20% restocking fee.
Returns
• Within 3 days from the date of delivery of the order customers can request a return
• If the customers want to return the products then product should be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging.
Eligibility for Return:
• If the product is found damaged while receiving it then he/she can request for a return.
• If the customer received wrong product then he/she can request for a return.
• If customers want to return unopened products & there is no fault from our side then customer is responsible to return them in good condition.
Return process
• Customer must contact us on our email id or whatsapp number to request a return.
• Customers are not allowed to visit our physical stores for returning the products since their procedures are different.
• Once we approve a return request, we will inform Courier to collect the products within two days.
• If its cash on delivery order then courier will refund the amount at the same time.
• If customers are paid online then we will refund the amount in the same way once we receive the item from the courier.
• It will take few working days to receive the refund amount in customer’s account.
Return Shipping
• If the customer wants to replace the unopened items without any fault from our side then customer has to pay 30 AED shipping charges
• If we don’t have the specified item to replace then we will refund you after deducting the shipping charge 30 AED.
• If the customer gets wrong item or damaged item from our side then shipping charge won’t be deducted.
Damaged or Defective Products:
• If the products have any issues (damage, leakage or received wrong item) then customers must provide photos or proof of the issue.
• We will return the products only when we found that the reason is genuine.
